Breeze Airways primarily operates with a no-refund policy for canceled flights, which means you won’t get your money back if you decide to cancel. Instead, Breeze offers travel credits that you can use for future bookings. These credits allow you to maintain some flexibility for future flights but are not equivalent to a full cash refund.
If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and your flight is more than seven days away, you are eligible for a full refund under U.S. Department of Transportation rules. This is the only situation where Breeze Airways will refund your money. After this 24-hour period, cancellations result in credits, which must be used within a specific time.
