WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item upgrade by +3. A random substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item level upgrade is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a large variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are less important for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used for the upgrade item will be consumed forever and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be applied to enhancements.
The upgrader is located in all major cities and can be accessed anytime to upgrade your equipment.
