This is the shocking moment an off-duty police officer brutally assaults his 72-year-old neighbor after he accidentally hit the officer's paddleboard with his car.
Victim Harry Horsley was assaulted by his neighbor of 36-years Scott Saunders, an 18-year veteran of the Hull Police Department, in Massachusetts, on Monday July 24.
Horsley said he was left bloodied and airport transfer ny bruised by the altercation, that another neighbor of theirs managed to capture on video.
