The Importance of Upgrades in World of Warcraft

Upgrades are a brand new type of item that gives an increase in your stats. These can be used to upgrade armor, trinkets and weapons.

Item upgrades use a system known as "upgrade pity" to determine probabilities. This system is designed to reduce the risk of losing money and offer an insurance policy in the event of an upgrade.

Armor

The item upgrading upgrader gives players the ability to upgrade the levels of their weapons, armor and trinkets. The upgrades are applied to the gear through a visit to an item upgrader kit upgrader NPC with appropriate currencies. When you upgrade an item, it will upgrade the stats on that item.

This NPC is found in every major city and is located at the corner of the square, near the Teleport. The NPC is able to upgrade any weapon, armor or trinket, with the exception of those that require a quest, or crafting.

Note: The device you use to apply an upgrade is a consumable item upgrade forever.
